I have been selling real estate in the Lakes Region since 1998. I am an Associate Broker. I am a graduate of the Graduate REALTOR Institute, I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and an Accredited Staging Professional. My Experience…
I have always been fascinated with all the lakes in the Lakes Region, not just Lake Winnipesaukee. I pride myself with knowing as much information as I can about each of the lakes and what each lake has to offer. Whether it be the water quality, type of fish, size of the lake, type of boating it offers or the direction in which it faces (sunsets or sunrises.) And if there is a questions I cannot answer, I am eager to find out. I have listed and/or sold waterfront or water access properties on all the following lakes: Sunset Lake, Hills Pond, Suncook River, Upper Suncook Lake, Lower Suncook Lake, Halfmoon Lake, Locke Lake, Crystal Lake, Sawyer Lake, Shellcamp Lake, Sunrise Lake, Downing Pond, Merrymeeting Lake, Sargents Pond, Province Lake, Lake Winnisquam and Lake Winnipesaukee.

My Interest other than real estate…
When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I have two teenage sons, Chad-19 and Calvin-17.
I also have a very large black and white cat named, Max and a beautiful Maltese dog named, Millie.
I enjoy running, spending time with my dog, Millie and skiing with my sons. In my spare time I enjoy boating, camping, hiking, biking and spending time in Cape Cod.
